HOW IT WORKS

STEP 01

Book

Every booking you make with CTE, whether that's a full package, a hotel, a flight, or a visa application, earns you loyalty points. Points are calculated as a percentage of your total booking value and land in your account automatically once your trip is completed.

STEP 02

Earn

Points accumulate across every trip. There's no minimum booking size and no cap on what you can earn. Book individually or as a family, points from every traveller on your account count toward your balance and your tier.

STEP 03

Redeem

Use your points against the cost of any future booking: flights, hotels, transfers, visa fees. No complicated redemption process, no partner restrictions. Your points are worth exactly what they say they're worth, applied directly at checkout.

Points never expire.

We don't set an expiry date on loyalty points. If you took a trip three years ago and still have a balance sitting in your account, it's yours to use whenever you're ready. We built the programme this way deliberately, because travel happens on your timeline, not ours.

Earned after travel

Points are earned only after a trip is completed and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Reviewed yearly

Tier status is reviewed annually based on completed trips or spend during the previous 12 months.

Clear notice

Members will receive 30 days' notice before any programme structure changes.
